• By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
• If you disagree with these terms, I will refuse your commission.
• If you breach these terms after I have accepted or completed your commission, you will be informed of your mistake. If you continue to oppose my terms, you will be blacklisted.
• I do not allow my code to be used for AI training.

GENERAL
• When you order a commission, you are expected to have already read with my terms of service. It is not my responsibility if you have neglected to do so.
• Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
• I have a right to decline your commission for any reason.CONTACT

• You may also contact me through any of these methods to enquire about commission information even when I am not open.
• In the case of delays, I will contact you through the method you contacted me.ORDERING
• When you order a commission from me, you are agreeing to a minimum 2 month wait for your commission.
• If you have a deadline you would like me to meet, a rush fee will apply if it is less than 2 months from the date of request.
• I will not accept deadlines less than 3 weeks in advance.
• I will only accept clear, thorough descriptions of what you want out of your codes. A mockup is ideal, however, if you only have written descriptions, it is expected that you provide examples of what sort of design layout you are wanting.
• If you fail to give a thorough description + examples or a mockup, you can either not commission me or trust my design taste. If you choose the latter, I am not responsible for you disliking the final design.
• When ordering, please be aware that I may use the finished code as part of my portfolio. If you would not like me to do this, then please let me know in advance.PAYMENT
• All prices and payments are made in USD through paypal.
• Payments are made 100% upfront. I do not accept payment plans.
• The complexity and details of your request could be subject to additional fees. These fees will be described in the requested quote.
• I will only start on the commission once I have recieved payment.
• Please only pay when I ask, and via the method I ask you to pay.
• If you initiate a commission and fail to pay, you will be blacklisted.
• Once you initiate a commission and pay, there are no refunds.PROCESS
• Once you provide all the necessary information, I will start coding.
• I will not give work in progress screenshots unless asked, or unless I need you to give your opinion on a decision for the design.
• You are allowed to make up to 3 minor revisions once the code is complete. Major revisions will require a fee.
• It is your responsibility to tell me about any details amiss when I send you wips.FINAL PIECE
• When I complete your commission, you will recieve a private link including live preview(s) of your code(s), as well as the code itself.
• This link and the codes will be available from me indefinitely. I take measures to preserve most code for as long as I can.
• However, you are still responsible for saving and holding onto the code you recieve.USAGE
• Ordering a commission from me does not give you permission to claim my code as your own, implicitly or explicitly.
• When using your code, you must keep the credit included in the code.
• You may not use the commissioned work for commercial distribution. This includes selling the code you have recieved from me for profit in any form.
• You may not use the commissioned work for noncommerical distribution. This includes giving away the code to friends or strangers.
• You are allowed to use the code you recieve as a template for other profiles of your own characters.
• You are allowed to edit the code you recieve as you wish, however, it is expected that the code still looks recognizably like my own and that credit will remain on the final profile.
• That being said, no matter how many edits you make, you are not allowed to claim the code as your own.
• Each code is intended for the website it was requested to be made for. It is not my responsibility to ensure that the code works outside of the requested website.
